CODECIC, a dental cooperative with over 20 years of history, manages communication with a large base of members, including periodic reminders for their biannual check-ups.
Every month, the administrative team sent these reminders manually over WhatsApp — one by one, from a phone, copying each number and typing each message. Given the number of members, the task stretched across several days each month and consumed hours that could go elsewhere.
The manual method had other problems too: no record of who had been notified, easy to duplicate or skip a patient, and everything depended on one specific person being available to do it.
A custom web application that automates the entire process. The team exports the monthly patient list to an Excel file, uploads it to the app, and — after reviewing a preview that automatically flags possible duplicates — triggers the send with a single click.
